Catching the Creation Trio in Pokemon Bronze Rebirth requires all eight gym badges, leading you through Mount Coronet for Dialga or Palkia and the Distortion World for Giratina. Origin forms transform using the Adamant Crystal and Griseous Orb.

Encounter Requirements and Preparation

Entering the habitats of Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina requires completing the main gym circuit across Roria. Players must hold all eight gym badges before the game triggers the legendary encounters. Overcoming the eighth gym puzzle stands as the final prerequisite prior to initiating this hunt.

Because these routes feature dense wild grass and cave encounters, stocking Max Repels prevents constant interruptions. Players who want an assured catch without attrition can visit the Poké Ball Emporium, where Master Balls are sold for 500,000 Poké Dollars each. These battles form an integral part of completing the regional legendary locations.

Spear Pillar: Catching Dialga and Palkia

Begin by flying to Frostveil City, near the area featured in the Frostvile gym guide. Head directly to Route 15 and travel behind the waterfall. In this hidden entrance, players can pick up TM 102 Waterfall before proceeding into Route 209.

Route 209 leads straight toward a golden entryway that opens into Mount Coronet. Inside Mount Coronet, players encounter wild species such as Hisuian Typhlosion, which is cataloged on the regional encounter list. Follow the cavern paths upward and toward the left to reach Spear Pillar.

Spear Pillar presents both Dialga and Palkia trapped together. Always save the game before stepping forward onto the activation pad. Approaching the center forces a permanent choice:

• Selecting Dialga initiates an immediate battle with Dialga. Once captured or defeated, Palkia breaks free and turns into a roaming encounter in the wild.
• Selecting Palkia initiates a direct battle with Palkia, sending Dialga into roaming status across the map.

Players can access their PC box through the gear icon at the top right of the screen to inspect their newly caught legendary if their active party is full.

Distortion World: Catching Giratina

Giratina resides in a separate dimension rather than Mount Coronet. To track it down, fly over to Rose Tower City and walk onto Route 9. Head to the left and pass through the cluster of trees to discover the entrance to Fortitude Manor.

Within the grounds of Fortitude Manor, enter the temple structure positioned directly to the right. Stepping inside transports the player directly to the Distortion World. Surprisingly, wild Pokémon roam this dark realm, including Vespiquen, Magnezone, Aggron, Sandslash, and Dunsparce.

Walk across the platforms toward Giratina. Disable autosave and save your progress before interacting. Click the prompt displayed over Giratina to trigger the battle. Once initiated, catch it using standard status reductions or by throwing a Master Ball immediately on turn one.

Origin Form Transformation Methods

Each member of the Creation Trio possesses an alternate Origin form that alters appearance and battle traits. Transforming these legendaries requires specific key items obtained through either direct encounter rewards or merchant purchases.

To apply the transformation, place the legendary into your active party. Open the Bag, switch to the Key Items tab, and select the appropriate item. Using the Adamant Crystal on Dialga immediately triggers its Origin form. For Giratina, purchase the Griseous Orb at the Battle Frontier shop and select it from your key items. Using either item a second time on the respective Pokémon reverts it back to its standard form.
